[Mailman-Developers] Customization

hi All,

I just installed mailman on my system, everything seems OK. Now I want to customize the mailman to the interface I need, would somebody kindly tell me what the entry point of this task is? I will try to modify the files under the directory 'templates', but your tips will save me much time and effort.
