[Mailman-Developers] Re: Mailman still sending mails when `DEVMODE` is on?

New behaviour is observed

• I closed the runners, deactivated the env and exited the terminal.
• I opened a new console, to begin with.
• There when I started the env and wrote mailman info it shows devmode: DISABLED although the conf file has it enabled.
