Thanks for your interest on GNU Mailman project. There are already some discussions on how to better understand Mailman documentation structure, and how to write a good proposal. You may also look at the wiki page ( https://wiki.list.org/DEV/SeasonOfDocs2019) for some information.

Just feel free to post your proposal here, and you may use Google Docs for online collaboration.

BTW, knowledge of development may not be the most suitable skill on this GSoD, you can think about it :)
