I'm not sure the above patch is necessary (or even correct) in the trunk. I looked at Tokio's port of my Scrubber.py changes to the trunk. and it looked to me that Tokio had accounted for this issue in a different way. BTW, I haven't looked at all of Barry's port of my recent patches, but I also ported them to my working copy of the trunk. I didn't commit them because although I'm sure they were ported correctly, I wanted to run a few tests first. Unfortunately, I updated my working copy from the trunk before starting and then found that the trunk's current state was not usable for me :-( -- Mark Sapiro <msapiro@value.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Mark, you might be right, and to be honest, I didn't test this at
all. Maybe I should just back it out until its necessary.
I'm not working in the trunk, I'm working in my exp-elixir-branch.
I'm hoping to have enough of the data model functional by the end of
the weekend to merge that stuff back to trunk. I'm sure I'm going to
break things, but my top goal after merging will be to whip the test
suite into shape again. A bottom-up approach seems like the best
thing here.
I'd love it if you started looking at this branch though! Or, once
it's landed I'd love to have a discussion about where I'm being
stupid. ;)
