Browsing the Wiki for the first time in a while, I see there's content there. I was interested in Future of Pipermail, Bill Bumgarner's patch; so I looked at the patch and was mystified; then I tried to go to the description and it was a bad link.

Seeing no "comments/bugs to this mailto link" link on the page:

and no "owner" listed on the page above it:
