Initial Comment: It allows you to unsubscribe Emails from all your mailing lists at once. I ran it on 10,000+ lists on sourceforge, and it ran in less than 10mn, which beats my wrapper shell script by one order of magnitude or two.

(the patch adds a special list name '_alllists_')
