Initial Comment: Someone submitted a subscription request twice and instead of rejecting the second request, Mailman allowed it and it appeared twice in the subscriber approve window. here is an example of how this appeared:

Yup, this is a deficiency of MM2.0. I think it's a minor problem and since MM2.0 is in critical patch phase only, I don't plan on fixing this.
