We are um August... but in my Archive I have messages from JUNE... how I setup the DATA TIME using the local machine? Look the Archive of MAILMAN-USERS... have messages from 2024, 2005... in future!

You likely need to set clobber_date (see the Archiver admin options) so that the current date is believed over the Date: header, which can sometimes lie.
