I have SSH access to my virtual server that has Mailman on it.

I need to remove several messages from archives of several mail lists.

Can anyone give me the step by step means of doing this?

Or is there somewhere that gives me the step-by-step instructions.

I have never used SSH before and I don't want to mess anything up.
