Hiyas,
There's an error in anon cvs:
cvs server: cannot open /projects/cvsroot/mailman/templates/help.txt,v: Permission denied cvs server: nothing known about mailman/templates/help.txt
Despite making changes as Barry was advising, the problem persist. Someone might have to take a look at the repository file permission settings. A fresh ckeckout will not pull down the help.txt file.

I just tested it and came up with the same problem.
Once again, I've attached the current help.txt file for anyone whose interested in the mean time.

There is a problem with the rsync'ing process that mirrors the files onto cvs.python.org when we make checkins. Any new file or directory inherits the wrong group, which breaks y'alls checking stuff out. You'd figure that setting group sticky on the directories would do the trick, but it doesn't seem to due to pecularities in rsync. I've manually fixed up the ownerships, but eventually I'll have to look at a more automatic solution.
