When I try to upgrade from 2.1.1 to 2.1.2, I get the following error when trying to start mailmanctl...
Traceback (most recent call last) File "/usr/local/mailman/bin/qrunner", line 77, in ? from Mailman.i18n import _ File "/usr/local/mailman/Mailman/i18n.py", line 19, in ? import gettext File "/usr/local/lib/python2.2/gettext.py", line 49, in ? from errno import ENOENT Import Error: No module named errno
I get several of these on startup.
Python was installed from source code.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Mike

So, this may sound like the world's stupidest question, but: do you have a module named errno, and can you import it outside Mailman?

Try
% cd /usr/local/mailman % bin/withlist mylist [stuff]
import errno errno
what happens?
then try:
% python [stuff]
import errno errno
what happens then? -Barry
