Would be quite easy to gray the background of even coloumns of the membership management table to make it easier to see which switch goes for what settings. And maybe the header at the end of the table wouldn't hurt as well. (My screen is maybe too small and the header gets scrolled off the screen when I go to the bottom of the memberlist.)
