Not necessarily. It depends on the DKIM signature and how much of the body is signed. Granted, you are correct in most cases, but it might be of interest to some to go to https://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-developers/2007-February/ and review the "dkim-signature headers" threads.
Unfortunately z= and especially l= are not used practically by senders because they create a risk. One could add an attachment containing malware to the message for instance.
Even cisco does not use them in its signatures anymore.
