One more small suggestion i got today - list managers should be able to override the monthly password reminder for their list members. Some lists are infrequent, announcement only lists, and there can be enough info in the header/footer about where to find the place to get their passwords that the password reminder is gratuitous. At least, that's the opinion of someone who's running such a list...
