Interested in Working on the Mailman Documentation for GSOD
Hello everyone,
I'm Ariessa Norramli, a 2nd year student in Software Engineering and freelance writer. Before I started college, I did a number of freelancing jobs on Upwork. I've written for diverse topics such as finance, technology, pop culture, weddings, and cryptocurrency.
I'm interested in working on the Mailman documentation for GSOD because I love writing and programming. I taught myself coding at the age of 15. My favourite programming language is JavaScript because of ES6's short form syntax. So having the opportunity to combine both of my passion is definitely something that I'd love to try.
As of now, I own a website <https://bitsized.me/> and personal blog <https://ariessa.github.io/>.
I am really looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance.
Best Regards, Ariessa Norraml
Hello everyone,
I just wrote the documentation proposal for Google Season Of Docs 2019.
My Documentation Proposal: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Jhe_JwFAeH2GsXOu1lqdDvQDNgkkamDgPE5qcwH6...
I hope you can give me comments and suggestions so that I can refine the documentation proposal.
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards, Ariessa Norramli
Hi, Ariessa!
Thanks for your interest. Abhilash and I are attending PyCon (I'm here and VERRRRY jet-lagged, Abhilash comes tomorrow, I think), so it'll be a couple of days before we give a detailed response. We'll be sprinting on Mailman next week (some subset of Monday-Thursday), and we'll be talking about Season of Docs then.

Hello Ariessa! I am also a contributor here and have applied under the GSoC program. I have mentioned some pointers in your proposal. Try to give more time and discuss more here. This part of writing documents for mailman2 to 3 migration is very important and aside from the main mentors other collaborators will also need this and provide full details and support for its building.
Cheers!
Hello Aaryan!
Thanks for the helpful pointers. I really appreciate your response.
Best Regards, Ariessa Norramli
