No, I want them to get a message saying they can't do that. The majority of my lists are either one-way announcements or private discussion groups. On the announcement lists, I just drop the messages. They get a lot of spam.

I'm curious... every time someone sends email to one of your lists from an address which is not subscribed (ie: their home email or something), you want to moderate it for them? Wouldn't you rather do less work if they could self moderate it themselves?
