[Mailman-i18n] start translation

Hi, I've searched the archives and haven't found a tip about.... how to start the translation. What do I have to do in order to add a new language to mailman and start translating into it? So far, I was translating the original text (english text) into my language...but I guess it is time to have it as optional :) Regards, Marius
