Welcome. We are glad for your willingness to help. Please post any specific questions you may have to this list. The current pt-BR l10n for Mailman hasn't been updated in some time and can use help, if only to translate recent templates and strings. See the page at <http://wiki.list.org/DEV/Languages> for the current contacts for this translation, and if you wish to add yourself or otherwise update the pt-BR entry, please register yourself on the wiki if you haven't done so, and request update permission here. -- Mark Sapiro <mark@msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Hi, I'd like to join to Brazilian Portuguese translations team. I already have a wiki account with write permission.. (thanks Mark!). I intend to translate recent strings and review previous translation. So pt_BR team, how can I proceed? It is likely the pt_BR translators listed at <http://wiki.list.org/DEV/Languages> are no longer interested in working on this, but it would be good to try to contact them anyway. If they don't respond, please feel free to go ahead on your own. There are more detailed instructions at <http://wiki.list.org/DEV/i18nhowto> on exactly how to proceed. Please follow those and come here with any specific questions you may have. -- Mark Sapiro <mark@msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Hi Mark, I see. I will contact them. I had already started. Actually, I did 688 strings (of 1430) of mailman 2.1.20. I saw the instructions and probably I will send messages.po first. I'm not able to use Bazaar, so I will notify in this list. Emerson Em Domingo, 12 de Abril de 2015 23:33, Mark Sapiro <mark@msapiro.net> escreveu: On 04/10/2015 10:02 AM, Emerson . wrote:

Hi, I reviewed the first 911 (of 1.430) strings. I did some new translations. At this moment I'd like to be sure that this partial work be merged with mailman 2.1.20 tree. I'm still working to reach 1.430 strings. How I said before, I'm not able to use Bazaar. Mark, can you put the attached file on mailman 2.1.20 source code tree? Gleydson, Rubens, Aleck, José Roberto and José Paulo, are you still working in this pt_BR/pt translation? Thanks for your updates Emerson. Your work is much appreciated. Your mailman.po message catalog has been merged with the latest 2.1.20+ mailman.pot which added a couple of strings. The merged file is at <http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.1/view/head:/messages/...>. Additionally, I ran a check against the file and found and fixed one problem at lines 2918-2920. This was #: Mailman/Cgi/rmlist.py:65 msgid "No such list %(safelistname)s" msgstr "Lista inexistente: %(listname)s" I corrected it to #: Mailman/Cgi/rmlist.py:65 msgid "No such list %(safelistname)s" msgstr "Lista inexistente: %(safelistname)s" Thanks again, and I look forward -- Mark Sapiro <mark@msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B. Hi Mark, The pt_BR messages is done. I have reviewed all 1.432 strings. Can you merge the attached file on mailman 2.1.20+ source code tree? Cheers, Emerson Em Sexta-feira, 1 de Maio de 2015 18:10, Mark Sapiro <mark@msapiro.net> escreveu: On 05/01/2015 12:46 PM, Emerson . wrote:

I have merged your changes in the 2.1 branch at <https://code.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.1>. Thank you very much for your help in keeping Mailman's translations up to date. -- Mark Sapiro <mark@msapiro.net> The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, California better use your sense - B.
