I am native Chinese speaker, and I have installed mailman-2.0.8 English version successfully on my computer, and I want to help building Chinese templates, what should I do then?

2.1 is the release with multi-lingual support. To help out, subscribe to mailman-i18n@python.org (see http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-i18n) and volunteer; I'm sure your help would be appreciated.
