There was a work done with German, the author is Peter Muessig-Trapp muessig@his.de. I suppose you should contact with him to contribute.

Expect a raft of checkins to the Mailman 2.1 series after this weekend. We've got a Python 2.1a1 release happening Friday or Saturday. I'll be working on getting Juan Carlos's latest set of changes and a bunch of other queued up stuff into the tree.
