Hello! As an ALT Linux (Russian) distribution maintainer I gather errors and typos in mailman's Russian translation. I feel it's time to incorporate my updates into main source tree. My repo is located here: http://git.altlinux.org/people/bga/packages/mailman.git To see actual changes one should clone repo and issue a diff: $ git clone git://git.altlinux.org/people/bga/packages/mailman.git $ cd mailman $ git diff upstream..master messages/ru templates/ru Should I prepare a patch and send it to someone?

Hi Grigory, Yes, there is a Russian language champion and mailing list, as described on this page: http://wiki.list.org/display/DEV/Languages Please contact them so that they can integrate your updates. They will in turn make sure they get into the code base. Thanks, -Barry

Mikhail Sobolev <mss@mawhrin.net> doesn't respond for 10 days. "Russian Mailman list" <mailman-ru@only.mawhrin.net> seems to be abandoned too: <mailman-ru@only.mawhrin.net>: host only.mawhrin.net[69.55.226.18] said: 550 5.1.1 <mailman-ru@only.mawhrin.net>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table (in reply to RCPT TO command)

If Mikhail doesn't respond by the end of the week, we'll turn over the Russian language championship to you. Thanks for following up with this. -Barry
