generating archives in Mailman 2.1.1

Hi, I've got an mbox about 28MB in size. bin/arch is not generating the index.html for archives properly. Oddly, all other html files look okay. The application does not seem to be substituting the database values into the template. The index.html resulting shows only the variable values like %listname%. Any ideas how to generate the proper index.html file. Thanks, Joe

Help! Mailman 2.1.2 problems - posts going out, but errors with scrubber

Hello, First: Kudos to Mailman developers. Next: my problem. I upgraded to Mailman 2.1.2 two weeks ago, and it appears to be working perfectly, except that for some reason the last archive messages were written last Tuesday. Even the mbox files have no trace of the messages that have been going out. Can anyone tell me what might be going on? It doesn't seem like the mailman archives get discussed very much on mailman-users - is there a better forum? I'm curious about all kinds of customization that might be possible. The built-in archives are quite nice but I'm curious to see if they can be made a little more friendly and useful. I almost wonder if they can come close to a "web forum" interface for people that prefer that sort of thing to email. I have used mhonarc a little in the past for a different project. I'm wondering if anyone has ever set up their mailman archives so that people can reply to list messages directly from the web page. I know it would be trivial to add a mailto link to the list address on the archive html pages, but I'm thinking more like some sort of script that would not use mailto -- instead it would provide a text edit box to the user, and when they clicked "send" a well-formed mail would be sent to the list address, with the appropriate subject line, correct headers, … [View More]

PROBLEM with Administrative Requests

I've sent this email twice and no one has responded to this problem, I would really appreciate a response. I receive this below error when I go into the Administrative Interface and check "Preserve messsages for the site administrator" and then I check the discard option.
