[Mailman-Users] admin configuration of lists not saving

I seem to be having some problems getting the admin cgi's to save the data. Once the data is modified, a submit ends up bringing another authentication screen. Earlier on the list, it looks like someone posted a similar problem, but mine doesnt have the same root of the problem. My base url looks fine.

I am not having any gid conflicts, it looks fine. I cant find any errors in any logs, syslog, etc.

Any ideas?
