That depends on your MTA configuration. if both addresses deliver to Mailman, it doesn't matter.

- Occasionally when we send to the blast everyone does not get the
notice. It's rare that it happens, but it does. When it happens only a handful of people don't get it (not in their spam/junk either). Advice?
Check the MTA logs to see if the message was bounced and the reason if so. If the message was accepted by the user's MX, this is an issue between the user and their ISP and not something you can do anything about.
