If you mean to decrypt an incoming message encrypted with a list's key and then to re-encrypt each outgoing message with the recipient's key, no such capability exists in the standard distribution, but there is a patch at <https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+bug/558189> which may be of interest to you.
