Is there any way to suppress "you aren't a member" only for Yahoo senders? Not that I know of- probably not without hacking the module that sends

However, Since SpamDetect is the first thing in the pipeline, if you can convince your mail system to scan the messages with something like SpamAssassin first, then you can set header_filter_rules for your lists to discard these spam messages.
