I have reinstalled Mailman but it still mentions the template file postauth.txt as "broken"
I am unable to duplicate this, even when posting with a subject containing a utf-8 encoded emoji that can't be encoded as iso-8859-1.
It may be a cPanel issue as both users who've reported in this thread have cPanel mailman.
