[Mailman-Users] shell won't let sendmail use wrapper

This is weird- if anyone has any ideas, please email me. Probably the most interesting is the line about sh:

----- Transcript of session follows ----- sh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs 554 "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd test"... Service unavailable
