Should something have been created here for the group Test? What is the mechanism to map these messages to the mailman program?

When you create a list, it says something like:
Entry for aliases file:
## test mailing list ## created: ... test "|..." test-admin "..." test-request "..." test-owner "..."
You should have puy that in the /etc/aliases.
