In my mail recipients I have nothing, also on spam folder, and if I give a "exim -bp" the queue is empty.
It's a mailman problem or an exim problem? why notification is send?
This is neither a Mailman problem nor an Exim problem. It is a Gmail "feature". See this FAQ <http://wiki.list.org/x/2IA9>.
