[Mailman-Users] MIME and commands for Mailman 1.0

I have a user on a list that has a corporate policy with turns plain text messages into MIME with HTML attachments to outgoing mail server. Is there a way to increase the tolerance of Mailman so it cat get past MIME headers to look at commands going to the admin address.

I do not want to extend the looking for commands in the messages to the regular address, just the one for the admin addresses.
