[Mailman-Users] How to change following mail header shown by hotmail?

Dear Experts, Can this header be changed? If so, how to do it?

From: test-bounces@domain.name on behalf of USER_NAME (user_name@domain.name) Sent: Wed 6/18/08 8:06 PM To: test@domain.name

Basically, "on behalf of" is really confusing and also spam looking..

Also, if there are many ways to change it, kindly list all..i want to try in which signatures aren't broken.
