Dig around in their control panel. There should be cron jobs and the ability to enable ssh per "SFTP User".

Lots of ads and upsells are in their panel now which hadn't been there before so be careful what you click.

Ugh.  Dream Host does not give me cron job / command line access. I'll try begging them to do this, but more likely I'll have to manually release the Digest each week.
