unable to reply Mailman Administrator
I am unable to reply Mailman Administrator , how best can i fix this problem the output i get is below

My smtp-failure mailman logs show the output below:

If this is a persistent error, see the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/-IA9> for some debugging hints, but it basically says Mailman was unable to connect to the outgoing MTA to send this message. If it is persistent, the MTA that mailman is sending to (probably on localhost:25) is not accepting connects from the Mailman server (again probably localhost), and Mailman can't send mail at all. If it is transient, it may be associated with an MTA restart or something of that nature and can be ignored.
