I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction for what I hope is a simple issue....
I need to export the list of e-mails subscribed to one list. Is there a way to do that? (text file, database form, etc. are all ok...)

Yeah, that is pretty easy. In the ~mailman/bin directory there are a number of commands like "list_members" (the one you are looking for).
