I've had a few replies about this and need to clarify my question. I know that command exists with shell access. Is there a way for a list owner to do it through their web interface? If not, is there a script that can do it?

Yes.
From the commandline interface
~/mailman/bin/list_members

Check out the list-member dump that is a part of the list's "listinfo" page. This is available if turned on by the list admin.

Yeah I saw that. Is there any way to make it available to the list owner only? I don't want any subscriber to access it for obvious reasons.

I don't think so, but it would be an interesting feature request.
