Please note that I am on a shared host that has a control panel (not cPanel), so I have to work from the administration page, I do not have access to the Python source code.
I would like to start using multipart messages, but have not been able to find how to do it in looking through the FAQs and the help docs. Could someone point me to the right place?

I'm not sure what you are asking or trying to do, but if you set filter_content to No on the Content filtering page, Mailman should send out what it receives.
