Setup: OS X Server 10.2.3, MM2.1, Postfix 1.1.11, Apache 1.3.27

Has anyone put together a StartupItems folder for a similar setup? The script of course is supplied, and I think I can manage the Resources folder, but I'm clueless as to the required contents for the StartupParameters.plist.
