Mailman is holding for approval for the administrator messages on lists that are not set for moderation. I have in Privacy Options - Sender filters the default_member_moderation set to No and in the Membership List the flag mod isn't selectioned.

Anyone know why this would happen and have any suggestions on how to fix this?
