You're not sending Sender: lines, which kills most filtering and is against RFC822...
Sorry that I'm ignorant of the issue, but the headers (sent to me) of the message he was referring follow this text.
BTW, Mailman is a *very slick* product. I'm really happy to see it rock on -- it's also my first introduction to Python... which, btw, I think that I'm beginning to like.
