I am setting up a new not-for-profit journalism discussion list and I am inclined to believe that Mailman <www.list.org> will do what I want at the lowest price (free). Although I am technically inclined, this looks as if it might be beyond my scope. Is there anyone out there who could help me on this? I would be happy to pay a modest fee for installing the program.
