I am *not* a programmer or developer -- but I want to provide visitors to my site a newsletter service that adheres to the following:

• Completely closed list -- only the listowner may send messages to the list.
• NO password required for subscribing or unsubscribing.
• Double opt-in, of course.

Can I do this with MailMan without coding?
