I installed Mailman on a FreeBSD system from the ports collection; however, I cannot get the webpages to display properly. The mailman directory does not appear under the document root. Where can I find the necessary files, and how do I configure this properly?
You need to add something like this to your apache config # Mailman Alias /pipermail "/usr/local/mailman/archives/public/" ScriptAlias /mailman/ "/usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin/" <Directory /usr/local/mailman/cgi-bin> Options FollowSymLinks ExecCGI
</Directory>
Read this file for more info /usr/local/share/doc/mailman/FreeBSD-post-install-notes
