now since I do not understand I “chatted” with Site5 (my host) who said

quote 11:39:51 AM Ankitha Y I have reviewed your account and found the SPF record was not updated to the correct one. 11:40:04 AM Ankitha Y I have now updated to v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:129.121.3.204 +include:websitewelcome.com ~all

and that solved the problem; q.com and other centurylink.net mail passing thru Ok
