It's in Mailman 2.2 (not released yet). There is a 2.1 patch (apparently reversed) at <http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=932383&group_id=103&atid=300103> and the 2.2 change (slightly different) is at <http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~mailman-coders/mailman/2.2/revision/1034>.
