I'm running the 1.1 release and seem to have problems getting mailman to consistantly use the "Host name this list prefers" option to take affect in all places.

Specifically:

1. The replacable %(host_name)s parameter doesn't map to the prefered hostname.

2. If you set the "reply to list" option, it uses the actual hostname and not the prefered hostname.

Has this been "fixed" in later versions? If not, would the correct behavior be to fix this?
