I’m getting the dreaded "Could not acquire qrunner lock" error constantly. This is with the twist that when run by hand with an empty locks directory, qrunner segfaults.

I've checked permissions (fine), and I've checked all mailing list databases (fine), as well.

Any ideas? I'm stumped.
