In Mailman 2.1.4, what option do I change to allow members and non-members to post to the list without moderator approval. I want every message sent directly to the list.

For members:
check that "emergency" moderation is off (General Options)
check that your members do *not* have their moderation bit set (Membership List)
For non-members:
- On Privacy Options / Sender Filters, set "generic_nonmember_action" to accept
