hi, currently i'm using mailman 2.0.12 i would like to get help in doing a restriction to the list as below : thanks.

1. only members & selected email @ (eg. @yahoo.com & @netscape.net) can sent email to the list
2. others email address will be held for approval which part or setting should i change/modify ?
