Filter Rule precedence, Sender filters or Spam filters?

If I have a list of addresses/domains in
Sender filters > List of non-member addresses whose postings will be automatically discarded
and also a Spam filter containing the rule
X-Spam-Status:\s+Yes
which one is applied first for a message that satisfies both?
